Arcyton forms independent products around hard, valuable problems. Each venture runs with its own identity and focus; all of them draw on the studio's shared engineering depth.

A studio is a different bet from a startup. A startup concentrates everything on one hypothesis and finds out slowly whether it was right. A studio spreads across several, accepts that most will stay small, and treats the shared layer underneath — infrastructure, distribution, operating discipline — as the thing that actually compounds. The cost of starting the next venture falls every time the previous one is built properly.

That shape sets the order things happen in. Data intelligence came first because it earns revenue and forces us to solve reliability problems that everything else inherits. The later ventures are funded by it rather than by outside capital, which is why they can stay unannounced until they are real. We would rather publish nothing than publish a roadmap.
